Gov'ment rebate

I have noticed alot of rebates being offered with the installation of energy efficient equipment. Is low voltage lighting considered energy efficient? After all we can do what traditional line voltage does (and more) and consume a 1/3 of the energy (not talking about parking lots). Where is our gov'ment energy rebates to pass along to our clients?

I do believe that our 24v system may qualify for LEED points for architects but I am not 100% yet......
